1) Have you been away for longer than 2 hours?
If so, your shopping session has expired. For your protection, sessions expire after 120 minutes of browser inactivity. The shopping cart depends on an active session, and when the session is abandoned, the cart contents are cleared.

2) Is your browser configured to accept COOKIES?
